On Thursday, November 26, the Executive Director of The MATCH International Women’s Fund will be in Winnipeg to speak about the innovative ways that women are using activism to stand up for their human rights. From social media and public art, to political participation and street activism, women’s courage and ingenuity is inspiring change in every corner of the world. This event is in honour of the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Violence Campaign which takes place every year from November 25 to December 10.
