Take Pride Winnipeg! is partnering with local high schools to match student volunteers with seniors in need. We launched the Snow Angels in September 2016, and were overwhelmed by the response from seniors. Please note that the number of seniors we are able to help will depend on the number of student volunteers we are able to recruit each year, so this service is not guaranteed.

Be a good neighbour! If you have a senior on your block, and you see that they need help, we encourage you to reach out and offer your help. Building community makes stronger neighbourhoods and better quality of life for everyone!

For the 2017-2018 Winter Season, we are accepting applications from the following postal codes only: R3A, R3B, R3C, R3E, R3G, R2X, R2W, R2V, R2K, R2L, R3W, R2C. If your postal code is listed, and you are a senior in need, please call our office 204-956-7590 or email Carrie Lund at carrie@takepride.mb.ca to register.
