The Arthur V. Mauro Centre for Peace and Justice presents:

Successful Economic Integration of Refugees to Canada
Dr. Lori Wilkinson
Professor, Department of Sociology, University of Manitoba

What are the determining factors for the successful economic integration of refugees in Canada? What new challenges have emerged and what policies and programs should Canada pursue to address the challenge of more than 60 million internally displaced and refugees around the world?

Dr. Wilkinson will share her research and consider current trends in the successful economic integration of refugees in Canada, with a particular focus on the long-term labour market trajectories of those arriving to Canada as children or teens.
